Procedure:

1. Extract everything
2. Install CSS.exe
3. Register game with english.reg file
4. Install Patch v16
5. Install Patch v16-17
6. Install Patch v18

PS: I got the same package shown in the picture. It includes other two games which i don't play but steam really is fun.

A1: These patches are required to play the game on mbl server.
A2: There is no nick registeration (yet)

I came to know from a friend that he was always kicked out whenever he joined the server for no reason. Why is that so.

Don't spoil it , i think VAC is enough for defence which won't work against non-steam
